A parked or static roof rating is not automatically a driving rating. Add the vehicle, rails, bars, mounts, accessory, and cargo, then use the lowest applicable manufacturer limit.

Write the load equation before loading

Record the vehicle’s driving roof limit, rail or fixed-point limit, crossbar limit, feet, accessory, and cargo weights from their exact manuals. Add the rack and accessory weights to the cargo, then apply the lowest rating. Keep static or parked limits in a separate column.

The Bing and Google rows show a recurring terminology question, but they do not establish a universal number. A rating is only useful when the system identity and use condition match.
